These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access and use of all services provided by Content Removal LLC ("Company","“we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to our software platform and service-based offerings. By using our website, platform, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

Our services are comprised of: • Software services (formerly contentremoval.ai): automation tools to assist users in reporting or flagging online content for removal. • Service-based offerings (formerly contentremoval.com): manual, white-glove efforts by our specialists to remove harmful, defamatory, or unwanted online content. Each service is subject to its specific process, but all fall under these unified Terms.

2. Best Efforts, No Guarantees

We commit to using our best efforts to assist in the removal of online content. However: • We do not guarantee removal of any specific content. • We are not responsible if content is re-uploaded, republished, or mirrored on other platforms. • Our services may involve interaction with third-party platforms (e.g., search engines, publishers) beyond our control.

3. Refund Policy

To protect the time, strategy, and resource allocation involved: • No refunds will be provided once services (manual or software-based) have been initiated or rendered. • Software subscriptions are non-refundable, even if no content is removed during the usage period. • No refunds for content that is removed and later reappears, as this is outside our control. Exceptions may apply only where required by law.

4. User Obligations

You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and current information required for services. • Not misuse the platform or attempt to access unauthorized data. • Not resell or white-label our services unless formally contracted to do so.

5. Use of the Software Platform

For the software tools: • Access is granted as a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or business use. • The user must not reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise tamper with the software. • All platform activity must comply with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platform involved.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, methodologies, data sets, software, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of Content Removal LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works unless authorized.

7. Client Acknowledgements

By using our services, you understand and agree: • There is no assurance of permanent content removal. • Third-party platforms may alter their policies or algorithms, affecting outcomes. • Communications and strategies used in content removal are proprietary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. • Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific service in question over the past 6 months. • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party platform behavior, technical issues, or user misrepresentation.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Content Removal LLC and its directors, officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising out of: • Your use of the platform or services; • Any content or material you provide; • Your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

10. Confidentiality

Any proprietary strategies, internal tools, documentation, and client communications are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed or misused.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without liability.
